About Me

Being a drug expert by profession, I had a belief that drugs can cure any disease. I was diagnosed with gastritis at the age of 25. I was on oral medication every alternate month for almost a year until I developed frequent diarrhea as one of the side effects. This changed my perception regarding role of drug. This made me think that my condition requires a holistic approach beyond drugs.

My extensive research for a solution to my medical condition led me to the age-old concept of a balanced diet with right nutrients. By implementing this approach in my own life, I got cured of my medical condition, which increased my curiosity to further explore nutrition science and its principles. This further led me to pursue professional certifications in human nutrition, sports and exercise nutrition.

Being working in pharmacovigilance industry, I have come across thousands of such cases where most of the diagnosed diseases were due to lifestyle issues. This always made me think that as healthcare professional how I can help people in preventing and managing diseases arising due to lifestyle issues. This led to my discovery of holistic approach towards this condition, other than symptom-based treatment approach. At last, I can now live a healthy and better life, and can spread healthiness around me, to my community.
